This site visually supports, enhances, and expands the contents of my CV and showcases my experience thus far as an information professional. I am the Head of Digital and Distance Education Services at Norwich University.
As Head of Digital and Distance Services, my key roles are:
- overseeing all of the library’s digital services and technology needs.
- serving as liaison to our online College of Graduate Continuing Studies. I lead relations between the library and Norwich’s fully online students by providing research and technical support, online instruction, collaborating with administrators, course developers and instructors, and managing the library website for online students.
My professional interests include user experience design, thoughtful use of technology to enhance services and all kinds of instruction, synchronous and asynchronous instruction in the online environment, and intentional leadership.
